ANNOUNCEMENTS

Ski Club

Glenbrook Ski Club is going to take place Friday nights at Berkshire East in Charlemont, MA. It is a five week program that will begin January 4th, 2019. The club will run Jan. 4th, 11th, and 18th, 25th as well as Feb. 1st. If we need to reschedule due to inclement weather, we will make them up at the end. The bus will leave Glenbrook at 3:00 p.m. and return around 9:30 p.m.

To participate in SKi Club, students need the following 4 forms filled out:

In addition to the forms, we also need one check made out to Glenbrook PAC. The check covers the Ski Club and bus.

ALL FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN ALONG WITH A CHECK TO THE MAIN OFFICE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 11TH.

We are going to hold a Ski Club Informational Night this Thursday, December 6th, from 5:30-7:00 in the Glenbrook Library. You can come and ask questions, drop off your forms and check, and/or fill out forms while there. Please enter through the main doors. If you cannot make it to this evening, please send in the forms and check with your child to the Main Office and the secretaries will drop it in our Ski Club basket that we will be checking frequently.

We will be looking for chaperones each week. Each chaperone will get a free lift ticket. If you are interested in chaperoning, please email me with your dates of availability. Chaperones need to fill out a CORI that is available through Glenbrook Middle School. This should be done no later than December 20th.
